Ellie Forrest - Acting Principal UGS

Ellie is a BA(Hons) Graduate from Edinburgh College of Art and a highly qualified and experienced teacher with a Masters Degree in Art and Education. She joined UGS in January 2005 and brings a breadth of experience in mainstream, special education, counselling and most recently in Higher Education as a Senior Lecturer in Education.  Ellie leads a strong team of dedicated Teachers, Instructors, Teaching Assistants, Registered Nurse, Nurse Carer, Speech and Language Therapist and counsellors. Our multi-disciplinary team works together to ensure that all young people at Underley Garden School receive the help and support they need to achieve their potential.

Lynn Brolly - Acting Head of Care UGS

Lynn has been employed at Underley Garden School since July 2000. Initially starting work as a care worker, then steadily she she was promoted to Team Leader. She qualified in NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care for Children and Young People in May 2007. Lynn leads a large team of Care Workers who are all committed to offering a very high level of care to each of the young people in the Home.

Elizabeth Lloyd - Every Child Matters Coordinator UGS

Liz  has a Higher Education Certificate in Person Centred Counselling. She joined Underley Garden School in 2001 as a care worker, since this time she has experienced many roles including Deputy Team Leader, Care Coordinator and more recently ECM coordinator. During her time at the Garden School she has gained  the NVQ 'Children and Young Persons' level 4 qualification and her Registered Manager Award. She works closely with Ellie and Lynn to maintain close links with authorities and parents and leads the Health and Therapy provision.
