Health and Safety

The health and safety of staff and pupils is at the heart of good practice. Every effort is made to ensure that all our facilities and procedures operate at the required levels of safety. Staff are trained and required to conform to regulations concerning the practice of safety. Whenever activities are organised the requirements of safety and the welfare of the pupils are paramount. Risk assessment surveys have been completed over a wide range of activities. Our staff are trained in the elements of first aid, we have a full-time school nurse and a permanent and well established relationship with our local medical and dental practices and local hospitals.
